Delete Your Account

You can delete your LoreLoom account and its data at any time, either from Settings → Account inside the app, or using the form on this page. You do not need to install anything or email us first.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account, permanently and immediately:

• Your account, profile, username and sign-in credentials
• Every chat and its full message history
• Your private character drafts and any avatars you uploaded
• Your AI Diary and all of its entries
• Your Orb balance, collection, cosmetics, quests and achievements
• Your follows, and your followers

What happens to characters you published

Characters you published to the public gallery stay there, but they stop being linked to you: your username, avatar and profile link are removed from them. This is deliberate — other people may have long-running stories with a character you made, and deleting it would destroy their chats along with your account. If you want a published character gone as well, delete it from your profile before you delete your account.

What we keep, and why

We keep records of payments you made — amount, date and transaction reference. We are required to retain these for tax purposes, and they are what lets us process a refund or a chargeback after the fact. They are not used for anything else, and they are not linked to any profile that still exists. Everything else is deleted.

If you subscribed through Google Play, deleting your account here does not cancel that subscription — only Google can. Cancel it at Google Play → Subscriptions first, or you will keep being billed for an account that no longer exists.
