Welcome to LoreLoom. By accessing or using our website and services you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use LoreLoom.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a LoreLoom account. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. Content browsable without an account is strictly safe for work; mature, text-based roleplay is available only to signed-in adults who opt in through their settings. 2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. User-generated content

LoreLoom lets you create characters, personas, and stories. You are solely responsible for the content you create and must comply with our Content Policy. You retain ownership of your original content but grant us a licence to host and display it in order to operate the service. If you believe content on LoreLoom infringes your copyright, see our DMCA & Copyright page.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes others' rights.
• Do not use LoreLoom to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation, security, or rate-limiting systems.
• Do not create content depicting minors in any sexual or exploitative manner. This is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban and possible reporting to authorities.

5. AI-generated content

Character responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, fictional, or unexpected. LoreLoom is intended for entertainment and creative storytelling. Do not rely on it for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Virtual items and subscriptions

LoreLoom may offer virtual currency ("Orbs"), boosts, and optional subscriptions. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Advertising

LoreLoom is supported in part by advertising, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-app benefits. Your use of the service is subject to the advertising practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Content Policy. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

LoreLoom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of LoreLoom will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
